Cauliflower Soup Recipe

Not everyone is a fan of cauliflower, you may change their minds with this Cauliflower Soup Recipe.
This Spicy, creamy, comforting soup is perfect for lunch on a cold winter’s day served with crusty bread.

Curried Cauliflower Soup


Preparation time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

3 Cups of Milk
1 Large Cauliflower
1 Tbsp Garam Masala
Salt & Black Pepper
Fresh Cilantro, Chopped.

Firstly pour the milk into a large saucepan and place over a medium heat.
Break the cauliflower into florets and add to the milk with the garam masala and season.


Bring the milk to the boil, then turn down the heat, partially cover the pan with a lid and simmer for about 20 minutes.


Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes then transfer to a blender and process until smooth.


Return the puree to the pan and heat through gently, checking and adjusting the seasoning.


Serve straight away and garnish with the coriander.
