Serves 4-6
4 Large 0r 6 Medium Wheat Flour Tortillas
- Preheat the oven 160C (325F) Gas Mark 3.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
- Spread the wedges over a baking sheet do not over lap the wedges (you may need to cook in batches).
- Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the tortillas are crisp and dry.
- Carefully remove the tray from the oven and serve warm or cold with Guacamole or Hoummus.
These are a great alternative to Crisps in a child’s lunchbox.
