Cool Fruit Brullee

100g Fresh Raspberries
50g Seedless Grapes, Halved
3 Fresh Apricots, Stoned (pitted) and sliced
2 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
2 Tbsp Crème Fraiche
2 Tbsp Fromage Frais
1 Tbsp Soft Brown Sugar
¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon

Wafer Biscuits (cookies) to serve.


Serves 2



  1. Mix the fruits together and divide between two sundae dishes.


  2. Mix together the yoghurt, crème fraiche, fromage frais and 2 Tsp of the sugar, spoon over the fruit to cover.


  3. Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle over the top of the fruit and yoghurt mix.


  4. Serve with crisp wafer biscuits.



This recipe can be made in advance and chilled, or you can serve straight away.
