A Sweet Treat for Kids to Make

This Apricot Turnover Recipe is great for kids to make as it is a very quick and easy recipe to follow and a sweet treat for the kids to enjoy, for breakfast or a mid morning snack.

Using ready made pastry is ideal when baking with kids but your could make your own puff pastry if you want to really impress your guests.
This recipe is also great because it only uses 3 ingredients which is a real benefit when cooking with kids and for your purse, most of us have these ingredients in our freezer and store cupboards so a good dish to cook on a rainy day.

This recipe will serve 4 people and takes 10 minutes to prepare and 15-20 minutes to cook, if you have someone who does not like apricot you could also make a variation uisng strawberry or raspberry conserve.
