Summer Berry Breakfast Smoothies



Summer Berry Breakfast Smoothies are a great way to get your reluctant child to eat breakfast, It is also a fabulous way of increasing the amount of fruit your child eats.




Lets make a Summer Berry Breakfast Smoothie.

Preparation Time 5 Minutes

100g Fresh Berries such as Strawberries or Raspberries

150g Natural Yogurt

300ml Semi-Skimmed Milk Chilled (use whole milk for children under 5)

2 Tablespoons of crushed Ice (to serve optional)


Serves 2

1.Put the berries, yogurt and milk in a blender and process for 1 minute until smooth.

2.Put 1 tablespoon of crushed ice(if you are using) into each tall glass, then pour over the smoothie.

3.If you like you can decorate the top of the glass with some more berries.







That's it simple, a quick and easy recipe that your kids will love to have ago at themselves.
