Seed Bread Recipe
A Great Bread Maker Recipe

This Healthy Seed Bread Recipe is full of crunch and fairly light in texture compared to many seed breads. This Loaf is brimming with seeds it has six different varieties.


Ingredients

1 3/8 Cups Water (Check your manual for either Warm or Cold Water to be used)

2 Tbsp Oil

3 Cups Strong Brown Bread Flour

1 1/2 Tsp Salt

2 Tsp Soft Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp Dried Skimmed Milk Powder

2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds

1 Tbsp Dark Poppy Seeds

1 Tsp EACH of

Caraway Seeds

Cumin Seeds

Fennel Seeds

Air Dried Black Onion Seeds

1 1/2 Tsp Instant or Fast-Acting Dried Yeast


Method

Pour the water into the Bread Maker Bucket and add the oil and half the flour.

Sprinkle in the salt, sugar, dried milk and all the seeds.

Cover with the remaining flour and mound the yeast into the center.

Fit the bucket into the bread maker and set to the program recommended in the manual (usually wholemeal).

Once your loaf is ready shake from the bucket and place the right way up on a wire rack to cool.
