Muesli Recipe
Muesli Breakfasts don't come more nutrient packed than this, the nuts and seed are full of vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids.
The oats and wheatgerm provide a constant source of energy and will stabilize the blood sugars, enabling your child to have the best start to the day.
You can also add fresh fruit and serve with yogurt or milk high in calcium.
This is a recipe which children can help to make, don't worry about the exact measurements, there maybe somethings you or the kids may not like so take it out and add something else.
