Next we demonstrate the most popular technique any Chef learns at culinary school, the rolling technique:-
Then we demonstrate how to position your guide hand which holds the food while combining it with the rolling technique.
Moving on we can now practice the rolling technique by getting used to the rhythm of cutting while using a bench scraper and flour.
Finally we practice the rolling technique which builds on everything you have learned in the first four videos.
