Home Baked Tortilla Chips a very simple recipe a healthy snack served with dips.
Great For entertaining and serving as an Appetizer.
These are a great alternative to Potato Chips in a child’s lunchbox.
Serves 4-6
4 Large 0r 6 Medium Wheat Flour Tortillas
1. Preheat the oven 160C (325F) Gas Mark 3.
2. Using kitchen scissors, cut each tortilla into 8 wedges.
3. Spread the wedges over a baking sheet do not over lap the wedges (you may need to cook in batches).
4. Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 15 minutes until the tortillas are crisp and dry.
5. Carefully remove the tray from the oven and serve warm or cold with Guacamole or Hummus.
