Ham and Cheese Muffins

Ham and Cheese Muffins.

Savory Muffins are not always top of the list when I ask the kids if they want to bake muffins, but these muffins will make them think again, they are great for lunchboxes, picnic's or just to have a snack time treat.

This Recipe makes 12

2 Cups Self Raising Flour

1 1/2 Cups Milk

1 Cup Grated Cheese

125g Ham, Chopped

Pre Heat the oven to 180C.

Sift the flour and make a well in the middle, pour in the milk, cheese and two thirds of the chopped ham.

Mix until combined.

Spoon into 12 large muffin tins and place a little of the remaining chopped ham on top of each one.

Bake for 25 minutes or until tops are golden brown.
