Chocolate Rum Cake Recipe

This Chocolate Rum Cake Recipe is so easy as there is No Baking involed the only bit of cooking you have to do is melting some butter and chocolate.
This really is a very easy chocolate recipe.
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Sugar
1/2 lb Sweet Butter, Melted
1/2 lb Semi- Sweet Chocolate, Melted
2 Tablespoons Dark Rum
1/2 lb Grahams Crackers, Broken
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts
Beat the eggs and sugar together until thick and creamy.
Gradually add the melted butter and chocolate, beating all the time.
Fold in the rum, crackers and nuts.
Spread into a greased 18cm / 7 inch loose- bottomed pie pan and chill before serving, with whipped cream or ice cream.
