Caramel Delight
This Chocolate Delight Recipe is a great quick and easy chocolate recipe, that requires no cooking. Ideal for a last minute dessert when you need one.
3 Chocolate Caramel Bars
1 Tablespoon Coffee Powder
2 Tablespoons Hot Water
6 Egg Whites
Grated Semi-sweet Chocolate to decorate
Melt the caramel bars in a bowl over hot water.
Dissolve the coffee in the hot water, add to the caramel bars and beat until smooth.
Leave to cool.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and gradually fold into the caramel mixture.
Spoon into individual glass dishes, and sprinkle with chocolate to serve.
