Chocolate Choux Bun Recipe

Hi Cara,

My son and I followed your Chocolate Eclair Recipe, we found it very easy to follow the only problem we had was that we did not have a piping bag so we made Chocolate Choux Buns instead.

We had great fun making them and my son enjoyed dipping the tops of the buns in the chocolate.

I have added some photo's of our attempt, we will definitely making them again when our relatives visit.
