Chicken Spaghetti Recipe
An Easy Chicken Recipe

This Chicken Spaghetti Recipe is a healthy meal that all the family will enjoy, adding vegetables, a little soy sauce with the Wholewheat Spaghetti makes it a great Stir Fry ready in 20 minutes.

To Serve A Family of 4 You Will Need :-


300g Wholewheat Spaghetti

2 Tsps Sunflower Oil

4 Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, cut into thin strips

400g Broccoli, cut into florets

2 Tbsps Soy Sauce

4 Tbsps Sweet Chilli Sauce

200g Beansprouts

1 Mild Red Chilli, seeded and finely chopped

6 Spring Onions, thinly sliced

4 Tsps Sesame Seeds, Toasted


Cook the spaghetti in a saucepan of boiling water, according to the instructions on the packet.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the chicken for 2 minutes, then add the broccoli and stir-fry for a further 2 minutes.

Mix together the soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce and 2 tbsps of water.

Add to the wok and once, bubbling, stir in the beansprouts and chilli.

Cook for 1 minute until the beansprouts look translucent. Drain the spaghetti and add to the wok with the spring onions and sesame seeds.

Stir together and serve straight away.
